Terms of Use of the Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions of Use:

1. General rules

1.1 These Rules are an official document of the website covering the duties, obligations, responsibilities and other provisions of the Affiliate and the Supplier (hereinafter - the Supplier) - the website www.ntreklama.lt (hereinafter - ntreklama.lt).

1.2 The site is administered and maintained by MB "Ko ieškai?" JA k. 305887819 is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.3 The Supplier reserves the right to change or supplement the rules at any time in its sole discretion. The change will be posted on the site's news page. By continuing to use the website, the Affiliate agrees to new changes and additions to the rules.

2. Affiliate Benefits and Terms

2.1 The minimum commission amount is € 5.
2.2 Commissions are paid once a month, but not earlier than 30 days from the last ordered service.
2.3 Affiliate commissions are paid only by bank transfer, only to the account of a bank registered in the territory of Lithuania.
2.3.1 In order to receive a payment to the bank account, the program participant must indicate in the website profile his / her: Name, Surname, address and telephone number, bank account number and personal identification code.
2.3.2 If incomplete or inaccurate information is provided, the Affiliate's income benefits will be carried over to the next month's payments.
2.4 It is not possible to pay affiliate commissions for website services.

3. The Affiliate is prohibited from:

3.1 Distribute a recommendation link on a website that:
3.1.1 Promotes sexual material;
3.1.2 Promotes violence;
3.1.3 Encourages illegal activities;
3.1.4 Encourages discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
3.1.5 Infringes the interests of third parties, may infringe copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights;
3.2 Use bulk mail (SPAM) (spam).
3.3 Distribute the recommendation link on non-designated sites, forums, comments of users of other sites.

4. Violation of the rules

4.1 The Supplier reserves the right to unilaterally suspend the Affiliate's account or even block access to the Website, restrict the use of the services provided by the Website to a user who does not fulfill or violate the obligations specified in these rules.
4.2 No commissions will be paid for violations to the blocked Affiliate's account.

5. Rights and obligations

5.1 Persons not younger than 14 years of age may participate in the Affiliate program of the website ntreklama.lt
5.2 The Affiliate earns a set percentage of each successful transaction made by its Delegated Website Client.
5.3 If the customer cancels the payment, the Affiliate's commissions are canceled.
5.4 Transfer costs shall be paid by the Supplier.
5.5 Taxes related to partners' income and their declaration to the STI are the responsibility and paid by the beneficiary.
